SMALL BUSINESS COMMERCIAL ASSESSMENT
BUID works with Energy New England (ENE) to offer no-cost, comprehensive energy assessments to all of its Small Business customers. As part of the business energy assessments, the energy assessor will install screw-in LED lightbulbs throughout the property. BIUD recognizes that many business environments have different lighting needs from residential customers, and screw-in LED Lightbulbs may not upgrade the entirety of the lighting for a given business, and therefore it is proposed that incentives for additional lighting measures be offered as well.
Upgraded fixtures, lighting controls, and lighting sensors (such as occupancy sensors) are eligible for a rebate at 75% of total cost. Email ENE at commercial@ene.org to schedule a Small Business Assessment.
