HOME ENERGY ASSESSMENTS
Energy New England (ENE) provides no-cost energy assessments to residential customers of its partnering utilities. ENE’s expert Residential Energy Advisors will assess your home to identify heating, lighting, and weatherization opportunities can lead to increased energy efficiency and save money on your utility bills. All participants receive a Home Energy Assessment report that describes potential home improvements, the return-on-investment ratio, and a summary of rebate programs. WEATHERIZATION REBATES
MMED’s Residential Weatherization Incentive Program is designed to assist residential customers to offset the cost to purchase energy efficiency measures that reduce overall energy costs. All eligible measures through this program must come from a recommendation made in a home energy assessment. Sign up online or call Energy New England (ENE) at 888‐772‐4242 to schedule. Your assessment will provide a list of energy-saving recommendations.

ENERGY STAR® APPLIANCE REBATES
- Potential savings between 15% and 50% in energy costs
- Reduction of global energy consumption and need for additional generation
- Decrease in pollution from fossil fuels used to generate electricity

NEXTZERO CONNECTED HOMES PROGRAM
The NextZero Connected Homes Program makes it easy to manage WiFi-connected devices like electric vehicle chargers, mini-split controllers, smart thermostats, smart electric water heaters, and home batteries. Connected Homes will make brief, limited adjustments to your connected devices during peak hours of electric demand. For more information, click here.
