Mansfield, Massachusetts, November 2024

Energy New England is proud to announce we are now an EVAL certified workplace. EVAL (Electric Vehicle Adoption Leadership) certifications are credited by Forth, backed by the U.S. Department of Energy and recognizes organizations for their leadership in adoption of workplace electric vehicle charging.

Transportation is the largest contributor to greenhouse gas emissions in the U.S., and we understand the vital role organizations play in addressing this challenge. By providing access to electric vehicle (EV) charging, we’re making it easier for our team to transition to cleaner, more sustainable transportation options.

This certification recognizes the four level 2 chargers totaling four ports offering charging to employees. ENE now joins Belmont Municipal Light Department and Hingham Municipal Lighting Plant in achieving this certification.

We are dedicated to advancing electrification and offer a range of services to support light plants and other organizations. Contact us or visit our program page to explore our EV program and discover how we can support your organization’s goals.
