Our staff has tremendous experience in the deregulated electricity markets, with an average experience level over a decade in the business. Our diverse backgrounds include power and fuel trading, asset management, banking, accounting, risk management, engineering, and electric utility power supply and full planning, and light plant management experience.
Gil Myette, Senior Director of Energy Operations
Gil has over 17 years of experience in the field, with more than eleven of those being with ENE. Gil manages the day-to-day portfolio needs of our wholesale customers to include power and capacity trading, as well as ISO-NE energy, capacity and forward reserve market optimization for customer generation assets.
Prior to ENE, Gil held positions with PG&E Trading, where he functioned in various asset management and optimization roles. He was responsible for bidding, scheduling, and optimizing PG&ET’s fleet of generators throughout New England, including coal, gas, oil, hydro and pumped storage generation. Prior to PG&ET, Gil managed assets and traded short-term power for Orion Power Holdings in Maryland after starting his career at General Dynamics Electric Boat in various engineering and analyst roles. Gil received his Bachelor of Science at Massachusetts Maritime Academy and his Executive Master of Business Administration at the University of Rhode Island.
George Korbas, Senior Energy Analyst
George provides support for ENE’s wholesale energy and risk management service offerings. He is an active participant in the ISO New England markets, and evaluates the opportunities and challenges presented by the ever-evolving market rules. This includes demand bidding, FTR procurement, and generator offer strategies. George also provides key input to generators drawing on his extensive power plant engineering, water/steam chemistry, and water/wastewater treatment backgrounds.
Prior to joining ENE he was responsible for all aspects of water use, chemistry, and water/wastewater treatment at PG&E Generating Company’s 450 MW Manchester Street Station in Providence, Rhode Island. He has also worked for Aquagenics Inc. and Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation where he provided consulting services to a wide range of clients. George received his Bachelor and Masters of Science degrees from Northeastern University.
Jesse Fitzmaurice, Generation Management Analyst
Jesse recently joined ENE’s Operations group and provides support to the company’s asset management activities allowing our customers generation assets to participate efficiently in wholesale energy markets. By analyzing spot ISO and bilateral fuel/ energy markets, Jesse makes sure our clients are receiving the most value from their assets while maintaining proper regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining ENE, Jesse devoted his career to acquiring a deep understanding of wholesale power/natural gas markets and has trading floor experience transacting power in multiple regional power pools. Jesse served as an Energy Trader at Trading Post Power LLC., and worked as an ISO-NE Market Analyst at Genscape Inc. Jesse received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics, from the University of Rhode Island.
Dan Ciullo, Client Services Manager
Dan joined ENE in March, 2014 after having spent twenty-eight years in varied sectors of the energy industry. He currently serves as a broker for ENE’s retail sales force. In his career in energy he has managed the power supply requirements of a local distribution company, worked in the development group at Energy Management Incorporated as part of a team that successfully developed six power projects in the New England region, and has been responsible for transaction origination at firms such as Calpine Corporation, Florida Power & Light, and PSEG Energy Resources & Trade.
Dan has a Bachelor of Arts from Framingham State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Bryant University.
Charlie Lyons, Sr. Advisor
Charlie assists ENE in closing business development opportunities in our energy advisory services area of procurement in Massachusetts. Charlie has recently retired after twenty-eight years as Superintendent-Director of the Shawsheen Valley Regional Vocational/Technical School District in Billerica, Massachusetts. He served as President of the Massachusetts Association of Vocational Administrators, and still serves on the Board of Directors. He was also a twenty-four year elected Selectman in the Town of Arlington, having also served as President of the Massachusetts Municipal Association and Selectmen’s Association, as well as President of the National League of Cities. Charlie has also served ten years on the MWRA Board of Directors.
Christina Beaudry, Utility Services Manager
Christina has been a dedicated employee at ENE for seventeen years. In her current position, she supervises the middle office team, which provides support to the trading and accounting functions within ENE. Her analytical skills and knowledge of ISO market and settlement mechanics benefit ENE’s customers from bidding all the way through to counterparty tie-out. Christina assists ENE’s customers in their interactions with ISO-NE, including managing the reporting requirements and submissions. Her responsibilities also include providing ENE customers with portfolio modeling and analysis, developing annual budget projections, and overseeing the administration of a load model that supports voluntary demand shedding programs.
Prior to her current role, she spent six years as an Energy Analyst and eight years as an Accountant with ENE. Christina has an associate’s degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
Michelle Coscia, Sr. Energy Market Analyst
With over 14 years of experience in power supply and energy analytics, Michelle supports ENE’s settlement and back office functions. This includes verifying settlement, conducting load analysis, and refining ENE’s database applications that warehouses and organizes the vast amount of customer data provided by ISO NE. Michelle has also reviewed a number of renewable energy off-take opportunities, including wind, hydro, and solar power projects. Prior to ENE, Michelle spent six years at the Vermont Public Power Supply Authority as an Energy Analyst supporting all aspects of managing its member power supply requirements.
Michelle received her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Saint Michael’s College and her Master’s in Business from Aspen University.
Xiangru (Daisy) Wang, Associate Energy Analyst
Daisy joined the ENE team in 2017 after completing her Masters of Science in Energy Systems from Northeastern University. Prior to that Daisy received her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Hebei University of Technology in Tianjin, China. Daisy is an LEED Green Associate, and an ASHRAE Member.
Daisy’s academic history includes working on a solar economics feasibility study and a cost-benefit analysis of an Auxiliary Steam System. The experiences gained from these projects have allowed Daisy to offer valuable support within the middle office team. She is responsible for load forecasting, demand bidding, and solar energy storage project valuations. She also provides support for energy settlement, portfolio management, and monitoring market trends.
Marcos Santiago, Portfolio Analyst
Marcos joined ENE in 2018 with over 11 years of experience in the field. Marcos provides support for ENE’s wholesale energy, risk management and settlement teams. This includes ENE’s database applications that warehouse and organize the vast amount of customer data. He is responsible for managing the risk associated with power and gas contracts and generation assets.
Prior to ENE, Marcos held positions with TransCanada, most recently as a Portfolio Analyst III, where he collaborated across various teams to develop and evaluate reporting for wholesale and retail teams. Marcos has also held various positions at International Power America, Inc. working across multiple regional power pools dealing with various assets. Marcos received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Bridgewater State University.
Kristin Dupre, Director of Demand Side Management
Kristin is responsible for leading and growing ENE’s Energy Efficiency business line by developing and implementing comprehensive plans for energy efficiency programs for residential and commercial customers within ENE’s municipal lighting plant (MLP) base of customers. She works closely with the municipal utility clients and retail consumers to provide resources and direction to help the utilities achieve their energy efficiency goals.
In previous positions, she worked as a Product Manager and Market Analyst supporting energy efficiency, demand response and electric vehicle programs. In her roles she specialized in new product strategy and development, managing new partner relationships and supporting new program implementations. Before entering the energy efficiency industry she had extensive experience in financial management. Kristin received her BS in Finance from Bentley University and an MBA with a concentration in Sustainability from Clark University. Her broad background and expertise developing and implementing utility programs will complement our team and help us to continue to provide our clients with unparalleled service and advocacy.
Dori Raymond, Customer Service Representative
Dori is the Customer Service Representative for Conservation Services. She is responsible for communicating with the energy efficiency service center, Mass Save, as well as managing the municipal hotlines to explain how and why customers qualify for certain rebates and services. Always ready to help the customer, Dori will guide you through the home energy audit process or ease the transition from Mass Save to ENE. She makes customers feel welcomed to Energy New England.
Sally LeBlanc, Financial Operations Manager
Sally brings nearly two decades of finance and business experience to her role as accounting manager for ENE. Sally oversees ENE’s critical accounting functions, including accounts receivable and payable, payroll, banking, account reconciliations, strategic budgeting and financial analysis.
Sally joined the ENE accounting team in April 2008, and applies her analytical skills and attention to detail to benefit ENE’s municipal customers’ deposit accounts. Maintaining these deposit accounts includes reconciling the thousands of transactions generated from redeeming and replenishing funds throughout the year; and coordinating accurate and timely power payments totaling in the millions of dollars annually.
Sally is always looking for ways to improve current processes, in order to provide ever better services to ENE’s clients and helping ENE continue to grow.
