ENE has long been a leader in buyer-side structured transaction origination in the Northeast. This has led to a number of cost-effective and innovative transactions that have saved our customers money and taken advantage of constantly changing market dynamics. ENE has sought greater flexibility in high price markets and leveraged lower priced structures for longer terms to help ensure customer cost competitiveness in any market environment. Key to our success is maintaining strong counterparty relationships and working with them to develop creative solutions such as:

• Developing a virtual power plant contract structure that saved more than $41 million over 10 years
• Monetizing dormant transmission assets resulting in nearly $17 million in value over 9 years
• Structuring 11 clean energy transactions that are delivering or will deliver more than 350 MW of energy to 19 customers throughout New England, or more than 1.3 million MWH annually
