Requests For Proposal (RFP)
Welcome to ENE’s Procurement Page! On occasion, ENE will conduct bulk procurement on the behalf of our municipal lighting plant (MLP) clients. In accordance with M.G.L. c.164 sec.56, the process requires a “Request for Proposals” (RFP). The information regarding the RFP are advertised in a local paper at least one week before the proposals are opened in public. Proposals are then opened in public on the due date and publicly read aloud. All MLP’s reserve the right to reject any and all proposals or to make multiple awards.
